Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night’s rental plus tax is required to confirm your reservations. This deposit will be applied to the first night of your reservation and will be applied to an early check-out. Deposits will only be refunded if a cancellation is made more than 9 months before the arrival date. On a later cancellation, or early check-out, the deposit is nonrefundable.

For large events reserving more than two cabins for more than 2 nights there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve the Resort. There is also a $500 security deposit required 60 days prior to your date that will be returned after the event there are no damages to the property.

Cabin, Lodge and A-Frame Assignments
Cabin, Lodge and A-Frame assignments are made the day of arrival. We accept request for specific units and locations and we will make every effort to honor these requests. However we cannot guarantee what will actually be assigned to you and reserve the right to upgrade as necessary.

General Information
There is a two night stay  minimum. Discounts, if applicable, are taken off of posted rack rates and may not be combined with special packages or offers. Sales tax is not included in the rates. All of our accommodations are smoke-free. Check-in is 2 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

Pets
Pet dogs or cats are welcome in some of the cabins (you must ask for a “Pet Unit”) and add a $20 per night additional fee which will be added to your room rate upon arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet inside or outside of the unit. Pets must be leashed at all times. Pet droppings are expected to be removed by pet owners.
